Compensation: $5,000/mo paid ramp for first 100 days, then $60,000 base / $120,000 OTE

Until now, our founder has led sales personally. We’re now ready to bring on our first in-person sales rep to help us scale our process and build a repeatable motion that drives sustainable growth.

About the Role

As our Founding Account Executive, you’ll be the face of our brand to Bay Area homeowners exploring ADU options for their property. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from digital prospecting and qualification through on-site consultations and closing — while helping shape our sales playbook as we grow.

You’ll prospect and book appointments digitally, meet prospects either in our San Francisco showroom or in their homes, and guide them through space assessment, design options, and the buying process.

This is a hybrid, full-cycle sales role with high visibility and direct impact on company growth.

What You’ll Do

Manage inbound leads generated via our website and marketing channels

Qualify, schedule, and conduct sales appointments (in-person and virtual)

Meet with prospects at our San Francisco showroom and in their homes to assess space and fit

Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to customer needs

Collaborate closely with the founder to refine the pitch, process, and CRM strategy

Help define the foundation of a scalable, customer-centric sales organization

Who You Are

Based in or near San Francisco, with the ability to travel locally to prospect homes

A self-starter who thrives in early-stage environments

2+ years in full-cycle B2C or consultative sales (home improvement, solar, design, or real estate a plus)

Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Excited to help build process, not just follow one

Comfortable handling both digital outreach and in-person sales meetings

Compensation & Growth Path

Ramp Period (First 100 Days): $5,000/month paid training with support from the AlwaysHired team

Post-Ramp Compensation: $60,000 base + $60,000 variable ($120,000 OTE)
